About Me
Hey - My name is Ro (Otherwise known as The Vocal PT)! Thank you for taking the time to get to me more on a personal level. I'm a vocal coach from London and have been coaching students for years providing extensive knowledge on how to use your voice effectively, healthily and with complete ease. I am also a singer/songwriter, a lecturer, a complete music nerd and love to shake a leg!Where do I start..I was the little girl that was shy and didn't want anyone to see or hear me. I secretly sung and wrote songs in my bedroom as a kid and no one ever really knew, not even my own family.During my early school days, I was forced into playing a lead part in a school play whereby I had to sing solo and I was completely terrified and frustrated as I didn't audition for the part but my teacher put me forward for it. I was completely confused why as I was not the type of girl that liked attention but it was an experience that I will never forget. I surprised myself. From that moment, my confidence grew and though I never went on to sing outwardly and went on to dance; which significantly grew my confidence,Years later I went to study at a music college and university in London where I learnt all about vocals and performance. It was quite pivotal for me in being confident enough to perform my own musical material. From there I released music and continued to work on my vocal ability and as a performer.Fast forward to now, I have gone on to work with signed artists, do backing vocals for artists, featured on Official Spotify playlists and have gone on to perform in some amazing venues. The little shy girl in me was consistent and have gone on to work with some of the great names below. My message here is don't delay your progress and get started today.
